Spinach Parmesan Dip

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

2 tablespoons Parmesan & herb seasoning

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well-drained

1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, chopped

1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained


Assorted crackers and/or cut-up crisp vegetables

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients except crackers or vegetables in bowl. Stir until well mixed. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.

  2. STEP 2

    Serve with crackers and/or cut-up vegetables.
