Steak with Mustard Herb Sauce

1 (4.5-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (6-ounce) can mushroom sauce

2 tablespoons country-style Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves


2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1 pound beef sirloin steak

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all sauce ingredients in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir together butter and garlic in small bowl.

  4. STEP 4

    Place sirloin steak on grill. Brush with butter mixture. Grill, turning occasionally and brushing with butter mixture, 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness.

  5. STEP 5

    Meanwhile, cook sauce in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm sauce with steak; sprinkle with parsley.
