Ingredients
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 (14-ounce) jar pasta or spaghetti sauce
1
2 cup dry red wine or chicken broth1 small (1 cup) zucchini, sliced
Hot cooked angel hair pasta , if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Place flour into large resealable plastic food bag; add chicken pieces. Seal bag tightly; shake to coat chicken.

Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken and garlic. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, 12-15 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. Drain off fat.

Combine spaghetti sauce and wine in bowl; pour over chicken. Continue cooking 5-7 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil.

Reduce heat to low; add zucchini. Cover; cook 25-30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve over pasta, if desired.
