Tri-Color Tarragon Fettuccine

4 ounces uncooked tri-color or plain fettuccine

3 ounce slice (1/2-inch thick) deli ham, cubed 1/2-inch

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves  

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


Lemon slices, if desired

 *Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook fettuccine in 3-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain. Immediately return fettuccine to pan.

  2. STEP 2

    Add all remaining ingredients except lemon slices; toss lightly to coat.

  3. STEP 3

    To serve, spoon onto serving platter. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
