Turkey Salad with Lemon Pepper Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper

1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


1/2 (1/2-inch thick) pound slice deli turkey breast, cubed

1/4 (1/2-inch thick) pound slice Land O Lakes® Deli American, cubed

1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, coarsely chopped

2 ribs (2 cups) celery, sliced 1/2 inch

2 tablespoons sliced green onions


Lettuce leaves, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all dressing ingredients in bowl; mix well.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all salad ingredients except lettuce leaves in another bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
