Turkey Pasta Salad with Chile Lime Vinaigrette

5 ounces (2 cups) uncooked dried radiatore (pasta nuggets)


1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles

3 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup julienne-cut jicama strips, 1x1/4x1/4-inch

8 ounces (2 cups) cooked smoked turkey, cubed 1/2-inch

4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar American Blend, cubed 1/2-inch

6 cherry tomatoes, quartered

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir together all dressing ingredients in bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    Add cooked pasta and all salad ingredients to dressing; toss to coat well. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
