Yogurt Parfaits with Granola

1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats

1/2 cup coarsely chopped graham crackers

3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread


2 cups vanilla yogurt

2 cups fresh fruit

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all granola ingredients in bowl; stir well. Spread into lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake, stirring once, 11-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely; break apart.

  3. STEP 3

    Layer ingredients into 4 clear glasses. starting with 1 tablespoon granola, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup fruit; repeat layers ending with granola.

  4. STEP 4

    Serve immediately or cover each with plastic food wrap. Refrigerate up to 2 hours.
