Molten Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon espresso powder

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

 

Powdered sugar, as desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 4 (4- to 6-ounce) ceramic ramekins with nonstick cooking spray; set ramekins onto sturdy baking sheet. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Place butter and chocolate into small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Whisk in granulated sugar, espresso powder, eggs and flour until well mixed.

  3. STEP 3

    Divide batter evenly among prepared ramekins. Bake 11-13 minutes or until cakes have risen around edges but still jiggle in center.

  4. STEP 4

    Turn out onto serving plates; garnish with powdered sugar as desired. Serve immediately.
