Place Butter Balls into 1-pint canning jar; set aside.

Place whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla bean seeds into 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat just until it comes to a boil. Pour cream mixture over butter pieces. Screw lid tightly onto jar; shake until butter is fully melted. Serve immediately.
