Cheesy Grilled Garlic & Herb Bread
French bread spread with our Garlic & Herb Spread, then topped with Deli American, is wrapped in foil and grilled. A perfect complement to any summer meal.

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) loaf (10-inch) French bread
6 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Butter Spread
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut in half diagonally
Substitute 4 ounces Land O Lakes® Co-Jack Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese.
How to make

STEP 1
Heat gas grill to medium-low or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Place coals to one side of charcoal grill.

STEP 2
Cut 8 diagonal slices almost through bread. Spread each slice with 1/2 tablespoon Garlic & Herb Butter Spread. Place 1 half-slice cheese into each cut.

Spread remaining butter spread over top of loaf.

Wrap loaf in aluminum foil. Place opposite heat on grill. Close lid; grill 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasty. Serve immediately.

To bake in the oven rather than grilling heat oven to 350°F. Follow directions as listed above for assembly. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasty. Serve immediately.
