1/2 cup plus 2 teaspoons Land O Lakes® Maple Brown Sugar Butter Spread, divided

3 to 5 tablespoons turbinado sugar

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

2 to 3 (1 cup) ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8x4-inch loaf pan with 2 teaspoons Maple Brown Sugar Butter Spread; sprinkle with turbinado sugar. Shake to evenly coat bottom and sides; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine granulated sugar, 1/2 cup butter spread and eggs in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add bananas and vanilla; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients except additional butter spread.

  3. STEP 3

    Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely before slicing.

  4. STEP 4

    Serve with additional butter spread.
