4 6-ounce frozen lobster tails, thawed
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, divided
4 split-top hot dog buns
1 teaspoon finely minced fresh garlic
1/4 cup minced fresh chives
How to make
Remove lobster tails from shell; chop meat into 1-inch pieces.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add buns to pan; toast 1 minute on each side or until outer flat sides are golden. Transfer buns to serving platter.
Wipe out skillet. Add remaining butter and garlic to the pan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Add lobster meat; simmer 5 minutes or until lobster is opaque and cooked through. Turn off heat; stir in chives.
Divide lobster evenly among toasted buns; drizzle with flavored butter remaining in skillet. Serve warm with lemon wedges for squeezing over rolls.
