3 ounces Land O Lakes® Medium Cheddar Cheese, sliced 1/4 inch, divided

7 (3 1/2 tablespoons) Land O Lakes® Butter Balls, rolled in 1 tablespoon coarse sugar or salt

4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Extra Sharp Cheddar & Habanero Jack Cheese Cubes

2 ounces Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese, sliced 1/4 inch

2 ounces Land O Lakes® Creamy Italian Blend Cheese Cracker Cuts

4 ounces green and red grapes

1/2 cup (3 ounces) green olives

3 ounces prosciutto

3 ounces Genoa salami

1/2 cup (2 1/2 ounces) mixed nuts

1/4 cup (2 ounces) dried apricots

3 or 4 cornichons

Fresh rosemary sprigs, as desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Use 2 slices Cheddar cut on diagonal to form “star” at top of tree. Or, if using Butter Balls for star, roll balls in 1 tablespoon coarse sugar or salt before arranging on top of board. Arrange all remaining ingredients in triangular shape, garnishing with rosemary, to create tree.
