Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices brioche bread, crust removed

2 teaspoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard, if desired

2 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American

3 slices (2 ounces) deli ham

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread one side of each slice bread with 1 teaspoon butter. Spread mustard on unbuttered side of 1 slice bread. Top with 1 slice cheese, ham and remaining slice cheese. Top with remaining slice bread, butter-side up.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat medium skillet over medium-low heat. Cook sandwich 4 minutes or until bottom bread slice is golden brown and cheese is starting to melt. Turn sandwich over; cover pan. Cook 2-3 minutes or until second side is browned. Serve warm.
