Ingredients

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. STEP 2

Combine Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, chives, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl. Pat pork dry with paper towels. Rub butter mixture all over pork. Place tenderloins on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.

  3. STEP 3

Roast 20-25 minutes or until pork is lightly browned and internal temperature of pork reaches 145°F. Let pork rest 5 minutes. Slice pork; transfer to serving platter. Pour butter sauce from pan over top of pork.

Tip #1

Use the smallest rimmed baking sheet that fits the tenderloins. That way, the buttery pan sauce created while the pork roasts will not evaporate or burn.

Tip #2

If one of the tenderloins reaches 145°F before the other, remove it to rest and continue roasting the other until it reaches temperature.
