Chipotle Cheddar Dip

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8-ounce) package (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese Chunk, shredded, divided

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons chipotle chile peppers in adobo

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

 

Sliced green onions, for garnish

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, sour cream, chipotle in adobo, garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt in bowl; mix well. Transfer to oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.

  3. STEP 3

    Bake dip 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling lightly around edges. Garnish with green onions and light dusting of smoked paprika.

Tip #1

If making ahead, refrigerate until ready to bake and add 10-15 minutes to your bake time.
