Toffee Cardamom Nuts

1/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1/3 cup light corn syrup

1/2 teaspoon cardamom

2 cups pecan halves

3/4 cup blanched whole almonds

1/2 cup whole hazelnuts or filberts

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 400°F. 

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in 15x10x1-inch baking pan in oven. Stir in all remaining ingredients.

  3. STEP 3

    Bake 15-18 minutes or until almonds are golden brown. Stir mixture immediately after removing from oven.
