Ingredients

1 cup Land O Lakes® Extra Creamy Butter, softened (see Tip)

1/4 cup milk  

Flaky sea salt, as desired

 *Substitute 1/4 cup LAND O LAKES® Heavy Whipping Cream.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place butter and milk into bowl of stand mixer. Beat with whisk attachment at medium speed 2 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    Scrape side of bowl; beat at high speed 3-4 minutes or until butter is creamy and light in color. Spoon into serving dish; top with flaky sea salt as desired.

    Tip: Storage Info

    Store refrigerated in airtight container up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Tip #1

Soften butter until just pliable. You want it soft enough to work with but firm enough to hold its structure as you whip air into it.
