How to make

STEP 1
Place butter and milk into bowl of stand mixer. Beat with whisk attachment at medium speed 2 minutes.

Scrape side of bowl; beat at high speed 3-4 minutes or until butter is creamy and light in color. Spoon into serving dish; top with flaky sea salt as desired.

Store refrigerated in airtight container up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving.
