Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Ingredients

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, patted dry

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Butter Spread

Chopped fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Lemon wedges, as desired for garnish

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Combine flour, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in large bowl. Add chicken pieces; toss until evenly coated, shaking off excess flour.

  2. STEP 2

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of chicken pieces; cook, without stirring, 3-4 minutes or until browned. Flip chicken pieces; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Transfer to serving bowl. Repeat with remaining oil and chicken pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    Remove pan from heat. Add chicken stock, stirring and scraping up browned bits. Cook until liquid reduces by half. Add Garlic & Herb Butter Spread, stirring vigorously until melted and combined. Pour over cooked chicken; toss to coat. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. Serve with lemon wedges.
