Ingredients

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir until blended.

  2. STEP 2

    Place butter onto sheet of parchment or waxed paper. Fold up sides of paper; use hands to form into log shape approximately 6x1 1/2 inches. Twist ends of paper to seal.

  3. STEP 3

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm enough to slice. Store in refrigerator 1 week or up to 3 months in freezer.
