Carrots, peeled, sliced 1/8-inch thick
2 tablespoons
LAND O LAKES® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread*
To taste
Salt
To taste
Pepper
Optional
Fresh parsley, chopped
 
* Substitute with LAND O LAKES® Honey Butter Spread.

Directions

  1. Cook, steam or roast carrots until crisply tender.
  2. Toss with Butter Spread. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
