Ingredients

1 pound
Elbow macaroni, cook according to manufacturer's directions
2 ounces
Land O Lakes® Butter
1/4 cup
Onion, chopped
3 tablespoons
All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon
Ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Pepper
2 1/2 cups
Milk
1 1/2 pounds
Land O Lakes® Golden Velvet® Cheese Spread Loaf, Yellow

Directions

  1. In saucepan melt Butter until sizzling.  Sauté onion until soft.  Blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.  Add milk; cook, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens and boils.  Stir in Golden Velvet Cheese; continue heating until cheese melts.  Add cooked macaroni; mix well.
