8 slices thick sliced sourdough bread
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut in half
8 slices crisply cooked bacon
1 small apple, cored, thinly sliced
Spread 1 side of each bread slice with approximately 1 teaspoon butter.
Layer 1 slice bread, buttered-side down, with 3 half-slices cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1/4 apple slices and another 3 half-slices cheese. Place 1 bread slice, buttered-side up, over cheese.
Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place 2 sandwiches into skillet; cook, turning once, 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
