Ingredients

Burgers

1 pound
lean ground beef
2 tablespoons
tomato paste
1/4 cup
dill pickle relish , drained
1 tablespoon
spicy brown mustard
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper

Toppings

8 (3/4-ounce) slices
*Land O Lakes® Deli American
Romaine lettuce, if desired
1 cup
potato chips
4
sesame seed buns
 
*Substitute Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar American Blend.

Directions

  1. Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Combine all burger ingredients in bowl; mix gently to combine. Form into 4 burger patties.
  3. Place burgers onto grill. Grill, turning once, 10-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling until cheese is melted.
  4. Place lettuce onto bottom half of buns, if desired. Top with burgers, potato chips and top half of bun.
