Ingredients

Burgers

1 pound lean ground beef

1/4 cup dill pickle relish, drained

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

Toppings

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American 

Romaine lettuce, if desired

4 sesame seed buns, split

1 cup potato chips

 

 *Substitute Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar American Blend.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all burger ingredients in bowl; mix gently to combine. Form into 4 burger patties.

  3. STEP 3

    Place burgers onto grill. Grill, turning once, 10-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 slices cheese; continue grilling until cheese is melted.

  4. STEP 4

    Place lettuce onto bottom half of buns, if desired. Top with burgers, potato chips and top half of bun.
