Ingredients

Peaches 'n Cream Cooler

2 cups
frozen peach slices
1 cup
Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half
2 (11.5- to 12-ounce) cans
peach nectar*, chilled
1 teaspoon
vanilla

Pineapple-Banana Cooler

2 small
bananas
3 cups
pineapple juice*, chilled
1 cup
Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half

Orange-Banana-Strawberry Cooler

bananas
2 cups
orange juice
1 cup
frozen whole unsweetened strawberries
1 cup
Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half
 
*Substitute orange juice.

Directions

  1. Peaches 'n Cream Cooler:
  2. Place all ingredients in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.

  3. Pineapple-Banana Cooler:
  4. Cut bananas into large chunks; wrap in aluminum foil. Freeze at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Place frozen bananas and all remaining ingredients in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.

  6. Orange-Banana-Strawberry Cooler:
  7. Cut bananas into large chunks; wrap in aluminum foil. Freeze at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Place frozen bananas and all remaining ingredients in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Recipe Tips

Garnish glasses with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, citrus fruit slices, pineapple wedges or maraschino cherries.

This was a quick recipe and is a good way to get fruit into your diet. I used Splenda to sweeten the coolers. I will definately make this again!
