all-purpose flour
1/2 cup
sugar
1 tablespoon
baking powder
3/4 teaspoon
salt
1 1/2 cups
milk
1 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

large Land O Lakes® Eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon
vanilla

Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped

Directions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl; mix well.
  2. Combine milk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla in another bowl; mix well. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. (Batter will be thick.)
  3. Cook batter in Belgian waffle maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.

My sons love these waffles. I always make a double batch and freeze the leftovers for them to re-heat as needed. Very good for busy mornings.

I made this for 15 ppl @ sunday breakfast at church with a toppings of peach, pineapple and sweet soften apples, whiipped cream there choice. It was eaten up so fast and every person there asked for the recipe.
