Ingredients

2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
5 cups
broccoli florets
1 medium (1 cup)
red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips
2 teaspoons
finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 cup
water
1 tablespoon
toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 12-inch deep nonstick skillet until sizzling; add broccoli, bell pepper and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add water; reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 3-4 minutes or until broccoli is crisply tender.
  2. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve immediately.

Recipe Tips

Roasted or toasted sesame seed are available in the Asian section of the supermarket.
