12 balls frozen white roll dough, thawed

4 ounces Cheddar cheese, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) cubes

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted


2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Grease 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans.

  2. STEP 2

    Cut each thawed roll in half. Shape each piece of dough around 1 cube cheese; dip in butter. Place 12 balls of dough into each prepared pan, layering if necessary. Pour any remaining butter over dough.

  3. STEP 3

    Cover; let rise in warm place 20-30 minute or until double in size.

  4. STEP 4

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  5. STEP 5

    Combine Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese mixture over tops of loaves. Bake 23-28 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans immediately.

Tip #1

- Substitute 4 (5 3/4x3-inch) mini loaf pans for 2 (8x4-inch) loaf pans. Place 6 balls into each prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Tip #2

- If using a dark loaf pan, reduce oven temperature to 350°F for baking.
