Ingredients

hoagie buns&, sliced in half
1/2 cup
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 teaspoons
adobo sauce
1/2 pound
sliced deli roast beef, cut into strips
4 slices (3/4-ounce)
Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut in half
4
tomato slices
4 slices
crisply cooked bacon
Shredded lettuce

Directions

  1. Heat broiler. Place bun halves onto ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until bread is lightly toasted (1 to 2 minutes).
  2. Combine mayonnaise, chipotle peppers and adobo sauce in small bowl. Spread onto each hoagie bun half. Layer with 1/4 roast beef and 2 cheese halves.
  3. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until cheese begins to melt (2 to 3 minutes). Top melted cheese with 1 slice tomato, 1 slice bacon, 1/4 shredded lettuce and bun top.
