1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cake flour
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*Substitute 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all shortbread ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed, 4-6 minutes, just until soft dough forms. (Do not over mix)
Press dough evenly onto bottom of lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Stir together all topping ingredients in small bowl; sprinkle over shortbread. Prick dough all over with fork.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool slightly on wire rack; cut into bars while still warm.
