3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
STEP 3
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with tines of fork. Bake 9-12 minutes or until golden brown..
