These reuben-type sandwiches are easy to make when ingredients are purchased at the supermarket deli.

Ingredients

4 slices
whole wheat bread, toasted
8 teaspoons
spicy brown mustard
8 ounces
thinly sliced deli corned beef
1/2 pint
vinaigrette-style deli coleslaw , drained
4 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spread each slice of bread with 2 teaspoons mustard.
  2. To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, 2 slices corned beef, 1/4 cup coleslaw and 1 slice cheese.
  3. Place sandwiches onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
