Ingredients

Chipotle Mayonnaise

1/2 cup
mayonnaise
1 to 2 tablespoons
chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Sandwiches

8 slices
whole wheat bread
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
white Land O Lakes® Deli American
12 ounces
thinly sliced deli roast beef
1/2 cup
jarred jalapeño slices, drained
8 slices
tomato

leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and chipotle peppers in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade or blender container; process until smooth.
  2. Spread 2 teaspoons chipotle mayonnaise onto 1 side of each bread slice. (Refrigerate remaining chipotle mayonnaise.) Layer 4 slices bread, spread-side up, with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices tomato, 1/4 roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 2 tablespoons jalapeño slices. Top with remaining bread slices, spread-side down.
