Cucumber & Swiss Rye Bites

Ingredients

1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon chopped chives

1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion

24 slices party rye bread

3 (3/4-ounce) slices Alpine Lace® Deli Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese cut into quarters diagonally

24 thin slices cucumber

6 cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices

Coarse ground pepper

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine cream cheese, chives and onion in bowl; mix well.

  2. STEP 2

    Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese onto 1 side of each bread slice.

  3. STEP 3

    Top each bread slice with 1 triangle cheese, 1 slice cucumber and 1 slice tomato. Sprinkle with pepper.
