Chipotle Sour Cream
1/4 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon chipotle powder
1/2 cup milk
10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
1/2 cup prepared pulled-pork in barbecue sauce
1/3 cup chopped green chiles
1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
4 (1 1/4-ounce) bags corn chips
1 cup fresh pico de gallo
1/2 cup chopped avocado
Green chiles, if desired
Combine sour cream and 1/8 teaspoon chipotle powder in bowl.
Place milk and cheese in medium saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in pork, 1/3 cup green chiles and 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder. Cook until heated through.
Cut off tops of corn chip bags.
Spoon 1/2 cup pork mixture into each bag. Top each with pico de gallo, avocado and chipotle sour cream. Serve immediately. Garnish with green chiles, if desired.
