3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1 large (2 cups) onion, sliced into thin strips
1 medium (1 1/2 cups) green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 medium (1 1/2 cups) red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
12 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken, cut into 1/2-inch thick strips
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
1/4 cup milk
4 (8-inch) hoagie rolls, split
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Add onion and peppers; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until softened and golden brown. Remove from pan.
Place remaining 1 tablespoon butter and chicken strips into same pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and browned. Return onion and peppers to pan; stir to combine. Reduce heat to low; keep warm.
Combine cheese and milk in bowl. Microwave 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and heated through.
Divide chicken mixture among hoagie rolls. Top each with sauce. Serve immediately.
