1 (3.4-ounce) package pistachio instant pudding and pie filling mix
3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1 6-ounce prepared graham cracker crumb crust
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
STEP 1
Combine pudding mix and half & half in bowl; beat with whisk until thickened. Stir in sour cream and 1/2 cup whipping cream. Spoon pistachio mixture into crumb crust.
STEP 2
Combine remaining 1/2 cup whipping cream and powdered sugar in bowl; beat at high speed until soft peaks form. Spread over pistachio mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight until set.
STEP 3
Cut pie into wedges. Sprinkle with pistachios. Store refrigerated.
