2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon dark unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tablespoon dark chocolate baking chips
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Caramel ice cream topping, if desired
Fudge ice cream topping, if desired
Aerosol whipped cream, if desired
*Substitute unsweetened baking chocolate.
Place butter into large coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients; mix well with fork.
Microwave 60-90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly. Top with desired toppings.
Coffee mug should be at least 12 ounces.

This was nicely moist with a pleasant texture, but the vanilla extract was too prominant for a chocolate cake, I thought. I would reduce by half or more the next time. With that tweak it'd be 5 stars.
