1 cup sugar
1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with waxed paper.
Combine sugar and butter in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, 25-30 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 300°F or small amount of mixture dropped into ice water forms brittle strands.
Quickly spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot candy; let stand 5 minutes. Spread melted chocolate evenly over candy; sprinkle with nuts. Cool completely; break into pieces.
