3 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt chocolate and butter in 2-quart saucepan over low heat 3-5 minutes or until smooth. Stir in sugar and milk.
Increase heat to medium; cook, stirring constantly, 8-10 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
