So disappointed! I am glad many others had luck with these, however, I did not. There is way too much flour; the batter was so dry & when I baked them, they just crumbled. I even went to the extra expense of buying Land O Lakes products and they still turned out poorly. I made two batches and then threw the rest of the mix out. Heart broken that I wasted so much money and time. Hope others continue to have better luck!
These cookies are so easy to make! And the smell filled every room in my home. I was worried the dough was not as moist as I had imagined, but it had no effect on the flavor!
I used 3 eggs instead of 2
I have made many different chocolate chip cookies. These are by far the best cookies I have ever made. So rich and flavorful. I was surprised how dry the mix was. I had to roll the cookies into balls and place on the cookie sheet. However, the cookies came out amazing. I would recommend these to anyone who was a crunchy edge, but a soft center cookie. Thank you LandOLakes!
