When I first read the recipe I thought there was a lot of flour used. Then, when mixing the dough, it was very dry. Unusually dry. I had to knead it with my hands and really work the chocolate chips in. Now that the cookies are baked, they taste very floury, which is not a surprise given the vast amount of flour. I don't think cookie dough is supposed to be so dry, and I followed the recipe as written.

TWEAKS

I didn't tweak anything, but I wish I had. I wish I had cut the flour amount in half.
