Variation:
Italian Rice Pilaf: Omit all ingredients except broth, water and rice. Place broth, water and rice in 3-quart saucepan. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper and 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic to saucepan. Cook over high heat until broth comes to a full boil. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5-7 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in 1 cup seeded chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves and 1 tablespoon Parmesan & herb seasoning. Serve immediately.
