1/3 cup sour cream
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into quarters
8 slider or dollar-sized buns, split
8 slices yellow tomato
8 arugula leaves
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Combine sour cream, 1 tablespoon green chiles and 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce in bowl. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Combine remaining chopped green chiles, ground beef, onion, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper in bowl. Shape into 8 small patties.
Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F and meat is no longer pink in center. Top each burger with 2 pieces cheese; let melt slightly.
Spread 2 teaspoons sour cream mixture onto bottom half of each bun. Top each with 1 burger, 1 slice tomato, 2 arugula leaves and top half of bun.
