Ingredients

1 (7-ounce)
Gouda cheese round
1/2 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
1/2 cup
sour cream
2 teaspoons
Dijon-style mustard
1/2 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4 cup
shredded carrot
2 tablespoons
finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons
finely chopped red pepper
 
Crackers

Directions

  1. Cut thin slice wax from top of Gouda. Carefully scoop out cheese, leaving wax shell intact. Set wax shell aside.
  2. Chop cheese into small (about 1/4-inch) pieces.
  3. Combine butter, sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in bowl; mix well. Stir in cheese pieces, carrot, celery and red pepper.
  4. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
  5. Fill wax shell with spread. Serve with crackers.
