These were very good. I gave them 5 stars especially for the simplicity of them. The sour cream blend was delicious! I was looking for something easy to do with my leftover rotisserie chicken that wasn't a soup recipe and these were just perfect- finished up my leftover and were so easy!
There were very simple, and super good. I did use shredded Montery jack cheese and diced up some green peppers. My oldest son is a picky eater and these were an absolute hit! I just made these last weekend and I have requests for them again this coming week. Yummy.
With some protein and some veggies, quesadillas can be a whole meal in one crispy, grilled package. These easy recipes have something to please everyone.
