Ingredients

8 small
red potatoes
4 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
1 tablespoon
finely chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon
chopped fresh parsley
1 pound
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (12-ounce) package
fresh pre-trimmed green beans

Directions

  1. Pierce potatoes with fork in 2-3 places. Microwave 3-5 minutes or until just beginning to soften.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in 12-inch skillet over medium heat sizzling. Add garlic and parsley; sauté 1 minute until garlic is softened.
  3. Add chicken; cook, turning once, 13-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, chicken is golden brown on both sides and juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Wipe out skillet.
  4. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in same skillet. Cut potatoes into bite-sized wedges; add potatoes and green beans to skillet. Cover; cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and green beans are tender.
  5. Serve chicken with potatoes and green beans.

This is a keeper! Great flavor. I use chicken tenders and mix up the veggies - my family likes to add sliced red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, peas---whatever is handy.

I made this recipe a couple of times . Everybody loves it !!!! I have changed it up this last time , I add a bag of frozen veggies ( red potatoes , green beans, broccoli , roasted red peppers) that I got from the frozen food box truck guy that delivers to us . Thanks for sharing your recipe !!!

This is a simple, terrific meal. The only thing I did differently was cut the chicken in pieces. Next time, I think I'll use frozen green beans.

I made this today and the flavor was wonderful!! I added some onion with the potatoes and green beans. I will be making it again with one change the next time. The chicken breasts were a tad bit dry. Probably my fault since when testing the juices although they ran clear were a little pink, so I cooked them longer. So I'll use chicken tenders next time. I've always had better results with them being more moist. You can't go wrong with any of the Saute Express Flavor Squares. We love them!!

I gave this 4 stars because the flavor was awesome but it didn't come together for me very well. I did exactly how the instructions said step by step. The chicken didn't have the flavor that I thought it would have but the potatoes soaked up every bit of the flavor cubes which was great because it made up for the chicken. The only two things I would change would be cube the chicken and swap the green beans for another vegetable. Since the flavor was good I'll give this one more try!!!

I'm giving this 5 stars because my extremely picky (we're talking appetite of a five-year old) husband LOVED this meal. Will definitely be making this again. Super easy and quick, two things I love for busy weeknights!

This was a good recipe but put my own twist on it as i do everything and used asparagus instead of green beans. Also wanted it more on the healthy side so instead of the cubes i used the olive oil with basil and galic mixture. FABULOUS !!!! Using the olive oil will prevent any chace of burning too!

I used Baby red potatoes and chicken tenders. When sauteing Chicken I used 4 cubes and when sauteing green beans and potatoes I used 2 cubes. When I set the chicken aside I covered with pan lids to keep warm.

We made this tonight! I cubed my chicken and used zuchinni and onions instead of green beans and it came out fantastic! I did need to add a dash of soy sauce for some flavor to the veggies but over all it was great and we will definately make it again!

Here are a come hints - Make sure to use medium-low heat and move the chicken around in the pan so it gets coated well with the Saute Express(tm) product before the butter begins to burn. Let me know if I can answer other questions about using this product.

I love the concept of this and I did enjoy it, but did anyone else notice that the butter begins to burn after a short while?? It kinda ruined some of the food. Any ideas?
