8 ounces fresh baby bella mushrooms, washed, stems removed, quartered
1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes® Butter
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon salt
STEP 1
Heat gas grill to medium-high or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
STEP 2
Place mushrooms into center of 18-inch square sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
STEP 3
Cut butter into small pieces. Place over mushrooms. Sprinkle mushrooms with garlic, parsley and salt. Bring long sides of foil up over mushrooms; seal using double folds. Seal remaining sides of foil using double folds.
STEP 4
Place packet directly onto grill. Close cover; grill 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through and tender.
STEP 5
Carefully open packet with scissors, allowing steam to escape. Stir mushrooms; spoon over steak or potatoes.
This recipe can be made on the stovetop. Heat butter over medium-high heat in 10-inch skillet until bubbles form. Add mushrooms, garlic, parsley and salt; cook stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and glazed.
- When cooking on a grill, use heavy-duty aluminum foil.
