Ingredients

Jalapeño Spread

1 cup
sour cream
1 (8-ounce) package
cream cheese, softened
8 ounce slice (about 2 cups)
Land O Lakes® Hot Pepper Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup
chopped ripe olives
1 tablespoon
sliced green onion
1 (2-ounce) jar
diced pimiento, drained

Roll-ups

8 (8-inch)
flour tortillas

lettuce leaves

thin slices deli roast beef

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth. Stir in all remaining jalapeño spread ingredients by hand.
  2. Spread 3 heaping tablespoons jalapeño spread on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce leaf and roast beef. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Unwrap; cut each roll-up in half.

Recipe Tips

Serve remaining spread with chips or vegetable dippers.

My family and friends love the Halftime Jalapeno roll-up. It is quick and easy and tastes great. Both kids and adults love this roll-up. Not spicy hot but has just a little kick that everyone loves. I have taken it to tailgate partiesand served it at gatherings. It has always been a hit with the crowd!
