Try this new twist on the traditional lunchbox standard ham and cheese sandwich. It’s easy to assemble and even easier to eat.

Ingredients

1 (13.8-ounce) package
refrigerated pizza crust dough
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American
8 ounces
sliced deli ham
1
large Land O Lakes® Egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle. Cut into 4 (7x5-inch) rectangles.
  3. Place 1 slice cheese onto half of each piece of dough. Top with 1/4 ham slices and 1 slice cheese. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges. Press edges with fork to seal.
  4. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with egg; cut 2 slits in top with sharp knife.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
