2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 tablespoon seeded chopped jalapeño
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Burgers
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup teriyaki glaze
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar American Blend, cut in half diagonally
8 small romaine lettuce leaves
8 slider buns
STEP 1
Combine all pineapple salsa ingredients in bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
STEP 2
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

STEP 4
Top each burger with 2 pieces cheese; let melt slightly.
STEP 5
Place buns cut-side down onto grill. Grill 1-2 minutes or until toasted.
STEP 6
Place lettuce leaf onto bottom half of each bun. Top each with 1 burger, 1 tablespoon pineapple salsa and top half of bun.
